O-Ren Ishii Bath Products (scope)

Hand drawn Japanese woman and vintage typography for figurative Seattle based bath product line. Inspired by O-Ren Ishii of the movie Kill Bill volume 1. For those that have not seen the movie, O-Ren is a beautiful assassin. A complete stone cold killer, both beautiful and commanding. This project is balancing the glamor and ease in which she ‘slays’ which of course is a word prevalently used in our culture today meaning to own yourself.
